About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the subscriber experience across customer support, retention initiatives, community engagement, and subscription operations for The Flow Trip
  • Create and manage a consistent monthly subscriber communication schedule while maintaining the brand tone and voice
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer service inquiries, including fulfillment, shipping, and operational support
  • Act as a liaison between the community and the Studio Team to communicate trends and feedback
  • Strategize on subscription management improvements, research experience enhancements, and track growth and retention metrics
  • Identify and resolve backend technical issues by partnering with the web team across platforms like WooCommerce, Shopify, and Mailchimp
  • Update the website to reflect accurate communication, timelines, and evolving product listings

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service and community engagement
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce
  • Proficiency in Mailchimp and other communication tools
  • Strong experience using Google Workspace, including Google Sheets and Typeform
  • Ability to maintain a consistent brand tone and voice across all communication channels
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and empathetic with a service-oriented mindset
