Subjefe de Seguridad

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the activities of security personnel within the company.
• Verify that security and control procedures are implemented to protect company assets.
• Keep immediate supervisors and company directors informed of all relevant actions and incidents.
• Update and maintain current security and surveillance procedures.
• Train and instruct security staff in their assigned duties and functions.
• Supervise the security conditions of facilities across different business units.
• Conduct investigations into relevant security incidents.
• Attend coordination meetings with other departments within the Distribution Center (CEDIS).
• Follow up on meetings with private security providers.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of video surveillance and access control systems.

Requirements

• Completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree.
• 2 years of experience in asset protection (seguridad patrimonial).
• Proven experience in personnel management.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong writing skills, correct spelling, and professional presentation.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
