Subject Matter Expert/Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into actionable workflows, templates, and process documentation
• Own end-to-end execution from planning and analysis to delivery and quality assurance
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
• Identify process gaps and bottlenecks and implement scalable improvements
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, trackers, and comparative analysis for decision-making
• Design and implement AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
• Standardize best practices, templates, and documentation frameworks
• Review incoming requests and prioritize based on urgency and impact
• Track progress, flag risks proactively, and ensure timely closure

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, operations, or process-driven roles
• Expertise in documentation and structured reporting (SOPs, MIS, dashboards)
• Understanding of Web/Mobile systems, Cloud technologies, APIs, and integrations
• Proficiency in automation and workflow optimization including AI tools
• Strong data analysis and comparative evaluation skills using Excel and dashboards
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT and GenAI
• Exposure to no-code/low-code platforms or workflow tools
• Familiarity with Power BI and advanced Excel
• Background in consulting, operations, or process excellence
