Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team and manage daily retail operations at the Atizapan location
• Drive sales performance through effective KPI management and objective tracking
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a high-quality shopping experience
• Support the development, training, and leadership of store personnel
• Maintain high standards of visual presentation and store organization

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the retail sector
• Proven experience in KPI management and sales goal achievement
• Strong background in customer service and interpersonal communication
• Passion for fashion and the retail industry
• Availability to work a flexible schedule from Monday to Sunday
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and teamwork skills
