Subdirector Proyectos Turismo

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the client portfolio for real estate and hotel projects.
• Lead, coordinate, and develop a team of project analysts.
• Collaborate with business and risk departments for client prospecting, structuring, and credit approval.
• Evaluate and provide recommendations for financing proposals related to tourism-real estate investment projects.
• Actively participate in credit committees.
• Provide expert advisory regarding the local tourism market.
• Conduct client site visits to validate current projects and prospect new business.
• Generate process improvement proposals for the Specialist Banking Directorate.
• Train assigned teams and business/risk areas on hotel and real estate project financing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Engineering, or Accounting.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial or risk analysis.
• Proven expertise in investment project evaluation and financial model design.
• Strong knowledge of the tourism-real estate market.
• Intermediate English proficiency (reading financial and market information).
• Ability to travel as required.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance.
