About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute transformation projects within the Fiduciary Operation Executive Directorate (DEOF).
  • Define, co-define, and control process improvement plans in collaboration with Customer Experience, Process Improvement, and Technology teams.
  • Coordinate the execution of tactical and strategic improvement priorities for the DEOF.
  • Facilitate the adoption of advanced tools such as Artificial Intelligence and Data Analysis among team members.
  • Develop and supervise improvement plans focused on effectiveness, efficiency, control, and customer service.
  • Identify operational improvement opportunities by balancing process owner perspectives with transformation goals.
  • Negotiate with management teams to ensure positive participation across all project stages.

Requirements

  • Engineering degree or Bachelor's degree in Economics or Administrative areas.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Subdirector role, or 5 years of experience in a Manager role.
  • At least 3 years of experience defining, coordinating, and executing improvement or transformation projects.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
  • Availability to work onsite in Mexico City.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Postgraduate studies or advanced degrees.
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies.
