Subdirector Nuevos Productos y Servicios

Responsibilities

• Ensure the execution, maintenance, and implementation of new products and services within the Acquiring operation.
• Manage and maintain relationships with key providers, including clearinghouses (Prosa, EGlobal) and card brands (Visa, Mastercard).
• Evaluate requirements and analyze operational impacts and feasibility using defined methodologies.
• Assign and lead teams to ensure the success of working groups and project implementation.
• Control and monitor the Directorate's project plans and performance dashboards.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Acquiring operations and project management.
• Deep knowledge of Acquiring operations and processes.
• Technical knowledge of Visa and Mastercard operations.
• Technical knowledge of Prosa and EGlobal operations.
• Basic English proficiency.
