Subdirector Negocio Adquirente

Responsibilities

• Design and execute the commercial strategy for attracting, developing, and retaining high-value merchants.
• Negotiate commercial agreements with high-value merchants and strategic allies to ensure competitive and sustainable conditions.
• Supervise the operational and financial performance of high-value merchants, ensuring compliance with budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify opportunities for innovation, technological improvement, or service expansion within the merchant portfolio.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as IT, Operations, Risk, Legal, and Compliance to ensure efficient and regulated implementation.
• Analyze the acquiring market and competition to anticipate trends and adjust commercial strategies.
• Prepare executive reports for senior management regarding results, projections, and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, fraud prevention policies, and quality benchmarks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles within the acquiring sector, fintech, or digital banking.
• Deep knowledge of the acquiring business model and card products (both present and non-present).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Willingness to travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA.
• Proven experience in leadership and managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong negotiation skills and strategic thinking.
• Results-oriented mindset with experience in high-level commercial management.
