Subdirector Jurídico Recuperación

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate legal recovery personnel across Northern and Western Mexico.
• Develop effective strategies to manage assigned portfolios and maximize asset recovery.
• Accelerate judicial processes in collaboration with external litigation lawyers.
• Establish efficient work measures and management processes to ensure organized and orderly operations.
• Ensure budget compliance regarding recovery amounts, case volume, and inventory rotation.
• Provide high-quality service to internal clients through efficient management and service levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law (Licenciatura en Derecho) with professional title and license (cédula profesional).
• 3-5 years of experience in portfolio recovery and civil/mercantile litigation.
• Proficiency in intermediate Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of applicable legislation and jurisprudence (civil, mercantile, and amparo proceedings).
• Availability to travel and willingness to relocate.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in personnel management.
• Diplomas or courses in leadership, team management, and emotional intelligence.
