About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative and alternative recovery schemes for credits granted by Wholesale Banking
- Implement strategies to secure the financial assets of Grupo Financiero Banorte
- Establish recovery objectives to prevent increases in E3 portfolio and reserves
- Efficiently recover Wholesale Banking cases in risk or payment default situations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, or Finance (Required)
- At least 5 years of professional experience
- Proven experience in credit, collections (recovery), corporate banking, or financial planning
- Full fluency in English
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot (AI), and Canva
- Ability to review credit contracts
- Availability to travel at least once a month
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance, Legal areas, or related fields
