Subdirector de Banca Empresarial

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Business Banking Department within the assigned territory to ensure business strategies and initiatives comply with internal policies and procedures.
• Drive a customer-centric culture to deepen client relationships and proactively grow the business portfolio through new client acquisition.
• Monitor client portfolios and products to mitigate bank risk, ensuring compliance with audit, compliance, and anti-money laundering (AML) standards.
• Support and develop the team of analysts by providing continuous coaching, feedback, and professional training to improve service levels and productivity.
• Act as a key point of contact between sales and service areas, identifying operational and administrative trends to improve efficiency.
• Ensure all "Know Your Customer" (KYC) procedures are strictly followed, including the correct identification of resource origins and transaction volumes.

Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Finance, or Administration.
• Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the banking sector.
• Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to manage complex portfolios.
• Demonstrated ability in coaching, providing feedback, and developing talent.
• Proactive attitude with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
