Subdirector Comercial y Producto Post-Trade

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of new products and services for the Post-Trade ecosystem (Indeval, CCV, Asigna/Derivatives).
• Identify business opportunities through market analysis, customer feedback, and regulatory requirements to build a strategic product roadmap.
• Define product scope, value propositions, and functional requirements in alignment with Operations, Technology, Risk, and Legal departments.
• Develop and present business cases, including cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments, and pricing models, to executive committees and boards.
• Coordinate end-to-end implementation with Technology and Operations teams, managing testing, pilots, and market adoption.
• Manage the annual Post-Trade budget, ensuring control of expenses and achievement of revenue targets through statistical modeling.
• Maintain close relationships with clients, regulators, and industry associations to ensure service adoption and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare executive reports, presentations, and statistical data for the Board of Directors and General Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Economics, Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Extensive knowledge of the stock market and Post-Trade regulation.
• Proven experience in project management and budget administration.
• Advanced mastery of Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, negotiation, and leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Administration, or a related field.
