About the role
Responsibilities
- Define the commercial model strategy for sales forces (AESA, AVEs, and Despachos) to ensure market penetration and brand positioning in the region.
- Guarantee compliance with commercial and operational models, identifying improvement opportunities to drive regional growth and profitability.
- Provide feedback to central departments regarding best practices, business opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Manage comprehensive dashboards to ensure the correct articulation and monitoring of regional performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree (Titulado) in Economics, Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Subdirector or Manager in commercial areas or mass sales.
- Deep knowledge of the insurance market, regulations, and financial products.
- Experience in the development and implementation of commercial strategies.
- Experience in attracting and developing large sales forces and agencies (despachos).
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level).
- Demonstrated success in high-level negotiations.
