Subdirector Alianzas Negocio Privado

Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategies to attract and retain high-potential business to increase market share.
• Develop strategies for digital tools and platforms to expand the product offering and increase channel profitability.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Underwriting, Claims, and Operations to execute annual plans for new products.
• Ensure business installation aligns with commercial agreements and monitor projects to strengthen strategic relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, Finance, or Marketing.
• Advanced English proficiency (80%).
• Proven experience in digital sales, platforms, and marketplaces.
• Experience managing relationships with brokers, agencies, and direct clients.
• Strong project management and digital marketing skills.
• Experience in commercial, sales, or technical underwriting areas.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in multi-line insurance and underwriting.
• Background in managing affinity or payroll-based discount programs.
