Subcoordinador de Última Milla

Responsibilities

• Ensure the timely and correct delivery of products to customers through the digital home delivery channel.
• Guarantee compliance with established quality levels, service protocols, and operational processes.
• Monitor and follow up on incidents or accidents related to the delivery channel.
• Ensure the availability and optimal functioning of physical and technological tools used in the channel.
• Manage staff schedules and workforce allocation based on demand, productivity, and channel analysis.

Requirements

• Completed High School (Preparatoria) or Technical Career.
• At least 1 year of experience in home delivery channels.
• Experience managing operational personnel and customer service.
• Knowledge of delivery monitoring systems and processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or partially completed studies in economic-administrative areas (Licenciatura/Ingeniería).
• Experience working in the retail sector or distribution centers.
