Subcontracts Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of approximately eight Subcontract Administrators, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Lead all subcontracts and procurement activities, developing processes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure strict adherence to Amentum policies, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS), and import/export compliance standards.
• Conduct subcontract compliance reviews, including CPSR audits and ACO consent processes.
• Collaborate with leadership to influence capture strategies and integrate procurement into business development efforts.
• Utilize Costpoint, OnPoint, and SAP to support procurement, reporting, and data-driven performance metrics.
• Directly manage subcontract agreement administration and support special projects as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in subcontract management, with at least 8 years in a leadership or management role.
• At least 3 years of management experience specifically within a subcontract management environment.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations and import/export compliance.
• Proven expertise in supply chain strategy, CPSR audits, and metrics-driven performance management.
• Proficiency with Costpoint, SAP, and Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (relevant experience may substitute for education).
• Must be a U.S. citizen with a Secret clearance and the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications in supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP).
• Experience working in high-volume, global supply chain environments.
• Prior experience supporting contingency operations.
