About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide subcontract management support to the Materials Sector, covering both pre-award and post-award administration
- Develop subcontract documents, including modifications and closeouts
- Perform cost analysis and process invoices
- Collaborate closely with Sector personnel and technical researchers to ensure compliant subcontract execution
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and four years of relevant experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and Word
- U.S. citizenship is required due to federal research contract requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of four years of experience in Government contracting, subcontracting, or purchasing
- Experience with FAR/DFAR clauses and terms
- Advanced degree in a related field
