Subcontracting Graduate

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production plans for specific co-packers and ensure on-time availability of display production
• Manage the delivery of components to co-packers on production sites
• Communicate production priorities and progress to both external partners and internal stakeholders
• Secure the return of production in alignment with customer demands
• Perform monthly stock reconciliation and run checks on material stock levels
• Support the modernization of supplier flows and participate in Supply Chain improvement projects
• Work on process improvements for cardboard material stock and order management

Requirements

• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field (graduated within the last year)
• Fluent and excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of a Nordic language is an advantage
• Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SAP and APO is a plus
• Strong analytical mindset with a flair for figures and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with a sense of priority
• Ability to manage complexity and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Problem-solving approach with the ability to handle unexpected issues
