Subcontract Management Staff

Responsibilities

• Develop and issue solicitations and evaluate incoming proposals
• Negotiate and establish contracts, including all necessary terms and conditions
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure regulatory compliance
• Manage cost tracking and control throughout the entire contract lifecycle
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with program objectives for the GMLRS program

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
• Knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures, specifically FAR and DFAR
• Working knowledge of standard contract types
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing complex subcontracts within the Defense industry
• Experience with the procurement of specialized materials, complex assemblies, and equipment
• Proficiency with LM Procure to Pay (P2P) and SC Navigator
