Subcontract Administrator

Responsibilities

• Create, negotiate, and manage multiple contracts and service agreements
• Lead the full formation cycle including sourcing bidders, issuing RFPs, and evaluating bids
• Oversee subcontract performance and monitor cost vs. scope
• Coordinate with Construction, Engineering, and Support Services to align operational activities
• Facilitate contract-related meetings and represent the company in negotiations
• Prepare contract documents and maintain status reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar field
• 5-7 years of experience with a degree, or 9-12 years of relevant work experience
• Strong knowledge of service acquisition regulations and procurement policies
• Experience in pricing, contract law, negotiations, and accounting
• Proficiency in managing all phases of subcontract administration
• Understanding of engineering/construction contracting and EPC field administration
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends as necessary
• Open to travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced engineering or highly technical environment
• Experience in field administration of EPC contracts
• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and ITAR
