Subaru Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet leads quickly and professionally via phone, email, and CRM
• Contact customers to identify needs and match them with the right vehicle
• Set, confirm, and manage sales appointments to drive dealership traffic
• Handle inbound phone calls and convert them into showroom visits
• Maintain consistent follow-up with all prospects to build rapport and generate referrals
• Track all activity and performance metrics within CRM systems
• Meet or exceed specific performance targets for internet and phone lead conversion rates

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Proficiency with CRM systems, email, and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous BDC, sales, or call center experience
• Bilingual skills
