About the role
Responsibilities
- Respond to internet leads quickly and professionally via phone, email, and CRM
- Contact customers to identify needs and match them with the right vehicle
- Set, confirm, and manage sales appointments to drive dealership traffic
- Handle inbound phone calls and convert them into showroom visits
- Maintain consistent follow-up with all prospects to build rapport and generate referrals
- Track all activity and performance metrics within CRM systems
- Meet or exceed specific performance targets for internet and phone lead close rates
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in BDC, sales, or a call center environment
- Bilingual communication skills
