Sub System Technical Leader (SSTL) – Automotive Seating

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate all contributors involved in the project
• Ensure consistency between technical and project schedules
• Negotiate QCDP targets with project stakeholders
• Manage supplier consultations and contribute to supplier selection
• Ensure design and development compliance with QCDP objectives
• Drive technical convergence with internal teams and suppliers
• Provide regular reporting and manage action plans in case of deviations
• Escalate critical issues to decision-making bodies
• Contribute to lessons learned and improvement of engineering standards
• Support cost optimization initiatives during development and serial life

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 3 to 5 years of experience in automotive seating development
• Proficiency in CATIA and PLM tools
• Strong knowledge of automotive engineering, mechanics, and plastics processing
• Knowledge of stamping and body-in-white processes
• English proficiency at B2 level minimum

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an OEM or Tier-1 environment
