Sub-System Manager - Telecoms

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional sub-system stakeholders, activities, and deliverables to meet Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance (QCDP) objectives
• Coordinate sub-system activities with integration teams and other project stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with applicable rules, instructions, and standards, including EHS, Railway System Safety, and Project Management
• Plan, monitor, and control sub-system activities, including scope, schedule, resources, costs, risks, and opportunities
• Lead teams to achieve project objectives and ensure alignment among stakeholders
• Synchronize sub-system activities with other sub-systems and project teams to resolve overarching issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related STEM field
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including at least 7 years in a project leadership role
• Experience working in and with multinational companies and across different business cultures
• Strong project management skills and familiarity with project management processes
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate multi-site/multi-disciplinary teams
• Leadership qualities, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a results-oriented approach

• Global knowledge of Network and Telecoms sub-systems
