Sub Prequalification Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support project teams in prequalifying subcontractors and subconsultants regarding safety, ethics, insurance, and quality.
• Coordinate directly with subcontractors to obtain necessary company processes and documentation.
• Review and evaluate key documentation, such as Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and safety manuals, for compliance with company standards.
• Manage and maintain accurate data controls and documentation within online databases.
• Monitor industry and project requirement changes and adjust prequalification standards accordingly.
• Assign evaluations to subject-matter experts and provide recommendations based on prequalification status.
• Communicate requirements clearly to stakeholders to ensure deadlines and compliance are met.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project or contract administration, including document management and interfacing with clients or subcontractors.
• Post-secondary education (college diploma or equivalent) is required.
• Proficiency in Adobe and MS Office.
• Strong research and auditing knowledge.
• Strong document control aptitude, including experience with accuracy, version control, and gap identification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
