Sub Prequalification Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support project teams in prequalifying subcontractors and subconsultants regarding safety, ethics, insurance, and quality.
• Coordinate directly with subcontractors to obtain company processes and required documentation.
• Review and evaluate key documents, such as Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and safety manuals, for compliance with company standards.
• Manage and maintain accurate data controls and documentation within online databases.
• Monitor industry and project requirement changes and adjust pre-qualification standards accordingly.
• Assign evaluations to subject-matter experts and provide recommendations based on prequalification status.
• Communicate requirements clearly to stakeholders to ensure deadlines and compliance are met.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project or contract administration.
• Post-secondary education (college diploma or equivalent) is required.
• Proven expertise in document management, including version control and data accuracy.
• Strong research and auditing/compliance knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in project safety.
• Familiarity with company systems such as Oracle, SharePoint, or Azure databases.
