Sub-Director Transformación Tecnológica

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the agile execution of MVPs, ensuring scope, timelines, and delivery quality.
• Manage and mitigate technical and security risks during the development and release of MVPs.
• Analyze and design technological architectures for MVPs that are aligned with institutional guidelines and ready for enterprise evolution.
• Act as a hands-on full stack technical leader, contributing directly to development using Java and Python.
• Standardize and ensure technical documentation of assets, including modules, containers, and architectures, for seamless transfer to enterprise teams.
• Provide post-release support to ensure stabilization and successful handoff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Systems, Computing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering and architecture.
• Proven experience in agile delivery, software architecture, and full stack development.
• Proficiency in Java and Python for service and component development.
• Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and version control.
• Experience with microservices, decoupled architectures, and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with configuration as code (YAML) and orchestration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Certifications in GCP or Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD).
• Knowledge of SRE practices and observability.
• Experience with GenAI, Agentic AI, or MLOps (deployment and monitoring).
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience with Design Thinking and Discovery processes.
