Sub-Director Tecnología Plataforma DIG

Responsibilities

• Manage the payment architecture and transactions between Banorte and Bineo systems, including SPEI and ATM.
• Define and integrate APIs and information exchange flows.
• Administer databases and operational information storage.
• Design and execute testing for critical business processes.
• Analyze and resolve incidents, optimizing performance and data quality.
• Coordinate with external providers for implementations and incident management.
• Manage financial products (savings and credit), reconciliations, and ISO 8583 message integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in internal/external auditing, incident management, and change management.
• Proven experience in accounting and transactional reconciliation processes.
• Solid knowledge of savings and credit products and their operational impact.
• Advanced technical English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in OpenShift or Kubernetes.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and risk management.
