Sub-Director Riesgo Fraude TDC

Responsibilities

• Design and update rules, policies, and models to mitigate fraud, including identity theft and synthetic identities.
• Implement biometric tools and artificial intelligence to detect and block fraudulent documents.
• Monitor transactions and suspicious behaviors in real-time during and immediately after the origination process.
• Coordinate the structuring of alerts across various systems to enable rapid and precise decision-making.
• Develop credit fraud models for origination and manage their continuous monitoring and updates.
• Identify necessary tools for the interconnection between existing banking systems and fraud-related platforms.

Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Administration, Engineering, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in Credit Risk with a focus on origination fraud for consumer portfolios (Credit Cards, Auto, or Payroll loans).
• Expertise in managing fraud metrics, indicators, and information analysis.
• Technical proficiency in SQL, SAS, Python, and R.
• Knowledge of fraud risk evaluation engines and their administration.
• Intermediate English language skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
