Responsibilities

• Develop proposals to streamline processes and workflows.
• Establish negotiations with various departments within the institution.
• Analyze and deeply understand implementation processes.
• Generate effective communication with work teams to identify opportunities.
• Design action plans for new proposals and manage cross-functional coordination.
• Create and manage working groups to design proactive rules with a sense of urgency.
• Provide leadership and seniority to promote and drive teams.

Requirements

• Degree in IIS, LAE, LCPF, or LEM.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in processes, product implementation, or operations.
• In-depth knowledge of Banorte transactional products.
• Ability and willingness to travel.
• Fluency in Spanish.
