Responsibilities

• Develop strategies for the attraction, implementation, and development of payroll issuers.
• Apply best practices for payroll customer development through hyper-personalization focused on consumer products.
• Establish goals, metrics, and procedures to achieve targets set by the Government Banking division.
• Collaborate with central areas to develop hyper-personalization strategies that increase product cross-selling and drive business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in Payroll, Government Banking, or business support areas.
• Strong knowledge of economic-administrative principles and customer service.
• Willingness to travel.
• Willingness to relocate.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in English.
