Sub-Director Modelos y Políticas de Origén

Responsibilities

• Develop credit models for origination in consumer products, specifically credit cards and payroll loans.
• Monitor and update credit models to ensure portfolio quality and creditworthiness.
• Develop and supervise portfolio behavior models, including collection, line increase/decrease, and overdraft models.
• Evaluate expected loss for all models currently in production.
• Coordinate the extraction and analysis of credit card portfolio data to develop predictive models.
• Apply traditional and machine learning techniques for model development and variable engineering.
• Implement monitoring reports to track the performance and impact of implemented models on credit costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, Engineering, Actuarial Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in Credit Risk management for consumer portfolios (specifically credit cards and payroll loans).
• Proficiency in SQL, SAS, Python, and R.
• Knowledge of risk evaluation engines and their administration.
• Intermediate English language skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
