Sub-Director Modelos y Políticas de Orig

Responsibilities

• Develop credit models for origination in consumer products, specifically credit cards and payroll loans.
• Monitor and update portfolio behavior models, including collection, line increase/decrease, and overdraft models.
• Support business areas in generating proposals to increase credit card profitability.
• Evaluate expected loss for all models currently in production.
• Coordinate the extraction and analysis of credit card portfolio data to develop predictive models.
• Apply traditional and machine learning techniques for model development and variable engineering.
• Implement and analyze monitoring reports for models in production to ensure credit quality.

Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Administration, Engineering, Actuarial Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in Credit Risk management for consumer portfolios (specifically credit cards and payroll loans).
• Experience in portfolio administration and data analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL, SAS, Python, and R.
• Knowledge of risk evaluation engines and their administration.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
