Sub-Director Gestión Empresarial

Responsibilities

• Develop process improvement projects aligned with business priorities and stakeholder needs
• Coordinate transversal initiatives across different teams to ensure effective implementation and goal achievement
• Apply analytical methodologies to identify optimization opportunities and generate value propositions
• Transform customer feedback into actionable insights to improve products, services, and processes
• Drive continuous improvement through project planning and client segmentation strategies

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Finance, Administration, or a related field
• 5 or more years of professional experience
• Proven experience in project management, credit processes, and banking regulations
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and the ability to generate actionable insights
• Strong analytical thinking, synthesis skills, and effective communication
• Basic English proficiency
• Availability to travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in IT, Finance, or Administration
