Sub-Director Empresarial

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Relationship Executives to drive commercial strategy and business growth within the Corporate Banking division.
• Promote placement and capture products to meet regional business banking budgets.
• Establish sales strategies to attract new clients and expand the existing portfolio.
• Coordinate credit structuring, supervise credit studies, and propose risk mitigants to maximize profitability and portfolio recovery.
• Monitor portfolio quality through credit risk tools and macroeconomic indicators.
• Maintain close contact with clients to detect needs and build long-term business relationships.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor team members to develop their professional skills and credit processes.
• Identify areas of opportunity and propose improvements to internal processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (must be graduated).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Relationship Banking (Corporate or Business Banking).
• Proven experience in Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, or similar financial sectors.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong skills in financial analysis, negotiation, and client relationship management.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to manage teams.
• Deep knowledge of banking products, including financing and transactional banking.
