Sub-Director de Negocio Adquirente

Responsibilities

• Design and execute the acquiring commercial strategy to attract, develop, and retain corporate and enterprise merchants.
• Negotiate commercial agreements with strategic allies and corporate clients to ensure competitive and sustainable conditions.
• Supervise the operational and financial performance of the merchant portfolio, ensuring compliance with budgets and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities for technological innovation and service expansion within the merchant segment.
• Coordinate with internal departments including IT, Operations, Fraud, Risk, Legal, and Compliance to ensure efficient implementation.
• Analyze market trends and competition to adjust commercial strategies proactively.
• Prepare executive reports regarding results, projections, and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles within the acquiring sector, fintech, or digital banking.
• Deep knowledge of acquiring business models, including present and non-present card products and national/international regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Willingness to travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA.
• Proven experience in leadership and managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented mindset.
