Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams, providing direction, guidance, and mentorship to junior engineers
• Design, develop, and implement complex systems and technical architectures
• Perform code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices
• Act as a technical advisor for other teams and departments within the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and designers
• Contribute to strategic technical planning and decision-making
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements

• Professional degree in Systems Engineering or a related field
• More than 8 years of professional experience
• Experience in banking processes or related areas
• Proficiency in Native Android, Kotlin, and Java
• Knowledge of Android Jetpack, animations, and AB Testing
• Experience with view optimization and multithreaded apps
• Proficiency in SQL databases and Android Store publications
• Experience with Web Tools: Postman, REST, web services, JSON, and Charles
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and Unit Testing
• Advanced English language skills
