Responsibilities

• Lead a technical team to develop new functions within the ecosystem
• Manage a multifunctional team from ideation and concept to testing and production
• Develop systems, software architectures, object-oriented programming, web, and cloud development
• Ensure best practices and availability for mission-critical systems
• Increase technological team quality through hiring and training
• Foster a continuous improvement engineering culture
• Build and maintain relationships with product management, business unit leaders, and external partners
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of change management activities
• Ensure all code paths are unit tested and error-free
• Utilize version control and issue tracking software effectively

Requirements

• Professional degree in Systems Engineering or related field
• More than 6 years of experience
• Expertise in systems development, software architecture, and object-oriented programming
• Experience in web and cloud development
• Proficiency in Spring Boot, Express JS, Gin, Kotlin, Java 11+, Gradle/MVN, JVM internals, NodeJS 12+, V8 Internals, Docker, and Github
• Advanced English language skills
