Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, development, and implementation of complex systems and technical architecture
• Perform code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices
• Act as a technical advisor providing guidance and expertise to other teams and departments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and designers to align technical and business goals
• Contribute to strategic technical planning and decision-making regarding project technology
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership to ensure efficient team performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in technology companies
• Proven technical leadership experience mentoring junior engineers
• Strong technical knowledge in backend design, development, and complex problem-solving
• Advanced English proficiency
