Sub Capability Lead - CFO Tech

Responsibilities

• Support technology portfolio and product management to drive operational efficiency and financial accuracy
• Lead cross-functional teams and foster a high-performing, self-organizing team culture
• Lead the delivery of key products requiring functional depth and business relationship management
• Manage portfolio resources, budgets, and strategic application landscapes for CFO Business Units
• Assist the Capability Lead in the Technology Product Owner role, focusing on long-term product roadmap development
• Maintain application mapping with business capabilities and ensure alignment with business strategies

Requirements

• 12–15 years of professional experience, including 3+ years in product management or software delivery
• Experience managing mid-to-large teams and coordinating with 3rd party vendors
• Proven success working with agile development methodologies and project management frameworks
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Strong ability to build enduring relationships with stakeholders across various business units
• Experience delivering products or programs involving cross-geography teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Domain knowledge in Corporate Finance or Procurement
• Experience working on enterprise-level initiatives and regulatory programs
