Sub-Agent

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations to ensure work meets project plans, specifications, and safety standards
• Coordinate with engineers, forepersons, and subcontractors to maintain smooth workflow
• Monitor progress against schedules and implement solutions to address any delays
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and risk assessments to ensure compliance
• Support resource management, including labour, materials, and equipment, to maximise efficiency

Requirements

• Experience in site management, civil engineering, or construction supervision
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate teams and resources effectively
• Solid understanding of construction methodologies and health & safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel between project sites as required
