Sub-Agent

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies and Business Assurance Systems
• Manage and monitor sub-contractor performance and delivery to ensure works meet specifications
• Oversee site engineers and quality assurance processes, including accurate reporting and documentation
• Coordinate labour, plant, materials, and supply chain resources while maintaining accurate records
• Implement day-to-day activities in line with the main programme and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements

• Relevant qualification such as a Management qualification, NVQ Level 3, HNC, or Degree
• Proven track record in successfully managing projects with strong organisational and commercial awareness
• Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative attitude
• Valid SMSTS and CSCS or CPCS Card qualifications
