Sub-Agent

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor health and safety policies to ensure a safe working environment and full compliance
• Coordinate labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors to deliver works according to programme and specification
• Manage site engineers and oversee quality assurance processes, including accurate reporting and documentation
• Support commercial activities such as cost forecasting and identifying opportunities for operational improvement
• Build strong relationships across project teams to promote collaboration and achieve shared objectives

Requirements

• Relevant qualification such as an HNC, degree, NVQ Level 3, or management qualification
• ICE chartership or currently working towards chartership
• Proven experience in project management with strong organisational and communication skills
• Valid SMSTS card and either a CSCS or CPCS card
• Strong commercial awareness and proactive problem-solving abilities
