Sub-Acquirer Analyst

Responsibilities

• Monitor the operational and financial performance of the payment ecosystem, focusing on individual consultants.
• Build and analyze analytical indicators for service channels and transactions to implement continuous improvements.
• Act as a direct interface with acquirers, card brands, and suppliers to meet operational and regulatory demands.
• Monitor financial settlement flows, serving as a bridge with processors, registrars, and Nuclea.
• Execute the repricing of fees and commercial conditions based on strategic business definitions.
• Facilitate interdepartmental communication between Treasury, Emana Pay, and Operations to ensure process execution.
• Manipulate and analyze transactional sub-acquirer data to extract insights and optimize operations.
• Identify and resolve complex operational exceptions and critical cases to ensure business continuity.
• Propose and implement automation solutions to mitigate technical and operational risks in the payment chain.

Requirements

• Complete university degree.
• Solid knowledge of the payment methods market and sub-acquirer flows.
• Practical experience in operational or financial data analysis.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for report construction and monitoring.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge using the Databricks data platform.
• Spanish language skills for communication with teams in the Hispanic region.
