Stylist

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador for Chloé, welcoming every guest into the Maison family
• Provide personalized luxury service to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Drive business performance by meeting CRM targets and engaging in client outreach campaigns
• Utilize available digital tools to complete CRM tasks and manage client data effectively
• Offer excellent customer service to enhance the overall boutique experience

Requirements

• 1-2 years of previous experience in retail sales and operations
• Fluency in both Italian and English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in computer literacy and digital tools
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in a third language is considered a significant plus
