Stylist

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador for ALAÏA, welcoming guests and building long-term client relationships
• Drive CRM targets through personalized reach-out campaigns and diligent data capture
• Utilize omnichannel services to grow sales and improve individual business performance
• Monitor store and individual KPI targets to ensure commercial success
• Maintain an impeccable store environment, including front-of-house and back-of-house areas
• Support after-sales services to ensure a seamless and luxurious customer experience
• Comply with all established Richemont policies and operational standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in luxury retail sales and operations
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20lb regularly
• Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
