Stylist & Photoshoot Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Style outfits for photoshoots, including clothing, shoes, and accessories, ensuring brand consistency
• Actively participate on set to assist with styling adjustments and direct models
• Book and coordinate all shoot elements including photographers, models, venues, and hair/makeup artists
• Negotiate rates with talent and vendors to align with budget goals
• Create and distribute detailed call sheets and oversee shoot timelines
• Organize and track all samples for upcoming shoots and manage reshoot lists
• Coordinate travel logistics and track expenses, including invoices and receipts

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in styling, photoshoot coordination, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of current fashion trends and brand-relevant styling
• Excellent eye for detail, composition, and outfit building
• Highly organized with strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of Shopify
• Ability to travel out of state for photoshoots, including overnight stays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in e-commerce or fashion retail
• Familiarity with photoshoot production workflows
• Understanding of performance-driven content and conversion metrics
• Experience using sell-through data to inform creative decisions
