Stylist

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional, personalized shopping experience and act as a trusted advisor to customers
• Guide customers in discovering jewelry pieces through expert product knowledge and storytelling
• Lead by example on Mejuri’s Steps of Selling and uphold in-store customer experience standards
• Promote service offerings such as piercing and engraving
• Support order fulfillment, back-of-house organization, and point-of-sale operations
• Maintain visual presentation, cleanliness, and brand standards on the sales floor
• Identify and escalate operational gaps, risks, and roadblocks to store leadership
• Build positive relationships with team members and contribute to an engaging work environment

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication and active listening
• Product knowledge and styling ability
• Critical thinking and solution-oriented mindset for in-the-moment problem solving
• Proven ability to meet and exceed retail KPIs including SPH, Conversion, NPS, AOV, and UPT
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and initiative
• Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods
• History of contributing to a positive team working environment
