Stylist

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized shopping experiences and act as a trusted advisor to customers
• Promote in-store services including piercing and engraving
• Drive sales, conversion, and customer satisfaction through product knowledge and storytelling
• Support order fulfillment, packaging, and back-of-house operations including BOPIS
• Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and brand presentation standards
• Identify and escalate operational gaps and risks to store leadership
• Build positive relationships with team members and uphold company policies

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Ability to learn and retain product knowledge for styling and suggestions
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to deliver on customer and business needs
• Proven ability to meet sales KPIs including SPH, Conversion, NPS, AOV, UPT
• Attention to detail and highly organized working style
• Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods
• Experience using or ability to learn point-of-sale systems and retail technology
