Stylist

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, exceptional shopping experiences as a trusted jewelry advisor
• Drive sales, conversion, and customer satisfaction through expert product knowledge and storytelling
• Lead by example on Mejuri’s Steps of Selling and uphold service standards
• Promote in-store services such as piercing and engraving
• Support order fulfillment, back-of-house organization, and inventory management
• Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and brand presentation standards
• Validate integrity of fixtures, graphics, and decor; report damage or missing items
• Build positive relationships and contribute to an engaging team environment
• Identify and escalate operational gaps, risks, and opportunities to store leadership

Requirements

• Authentic customer connection with strong verbal communication and active listening
• Ability to learn and retain product knowledge for styling and suggestions
• Critical thinking and ability to solution in the moment for customer and business needs
• Proven track record meeting retail KPIs (SPH, Conversion, NPS, AOV, UPT)
• Attention to detail, highly organized working style, and strong initiative
• Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods
• History of contributing to a positive team working environment
• Experience with or ability to learn point-of-sale systems and retail technology
